Lisa brings years of experience in nervous system regulation, sound work, and relational facilitation, helping individuals and couples reconnect through presence, breath, and embodied awareness.

Lisa’s work is rooted in connection. She specializes in helping couples move out of the noise of daily life and back into presence with one another. Through sound, breath, and guided touch experiences, she supports partners in feeling safe, relaxed, and open. Clients often describe her presence as calming, real, and deeply supportive. Lisa believes meaningful connection grows from nervous system ease, mutual respect, and clear boundaries.
Together, Lisa and Josh create experiences rooted in trust, communication, and nervous system safety. Blending Josh’s grounded bodywork expertise with Lisa’s attuned, connection-based facilitation, they guide couples into deeper presence with themselves and each other. Their partnership models respect, consent, and clear boundaries. Clients are supported by both structured technique and intuitive care, allowing each experience to feel personal, steady, and deeply restorative.

We are currently envisioning a synchronized massage experience for two—a choreography of restorative touch designed to harmonize nervous systems in parallel. This upcoming service will allow pairs to experience deep emotional fascia release simultaneously, fostering a shared environment of profound relaxation and renewal within the sanctuary of your home.

Immerse yourself in a landscape of pure frequency. We are currently developing a signature Sound Bath experience designed to complement our restorative bodywork. These future offerings will utilize crystal singing bowls, brass chimes, and intentional silence to guide the nervous system into a state of deep, resonant peace and restorative equilibrium.
